We ship worldwide from Germany. Most orders are delivered within Europe, but we also ship to many international destinations. If your country appears as an option at checkout, delivery to your location is available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment online at any time via the link provided in the email.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

You have a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, provided that the items are:

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

We process orders very quickly. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible — however, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy after delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and, if possible, include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and provide a prompt solution (replacement or refund).
